Mare Motel pens are a roomy 14 by 16 feet for foaling out mares and houses mares & foals. Every stall gate can swing out and latch to shut off the lane so a foal that slips past a handler won't get far.

Custom designed mare stocks so a foal can come in with his dam and stand in front of her while she's being checked by the veterinarian. Small gates to either side of the foal pen close to keep the baby in place.

The breeding setup is a spacious 30 by 40 feet. Setup for Artificial Insemination and cooled shipped semen preparation by attending veterinarian, Dr. John D. McCarroll D.V.M.
